The Research Foundation on behalf of SUNY Oswego (RF/SUNY Oswego) announces the availability of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for trainers and consultants to provide training and other services to the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA). RFQ-03-02 Qualifications will be accepted on a continuous basis, and will be reviewed periodically. The RF/SUNY Oswego will be entering into contracts with vendors to deliver services to OTDA, local Departments of Social Services, not for profit providers and community based organizations.
