IAW FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: CURRENTLY THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE FUNDED THIS FISCAL YEAR. REQUEST YOUR GOVERNMENT ACCEPTANCE BE NO LESS THAN 160 CALENDAR DAYS.


The Dorn VA Medical Center located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road Columbia, SC 29209, intends to issue a Request for Proposal for project "Design Build, Catherization Lab Patient Recovery Area - Bldg 100 4-East" on or about the week of May 6, 2012, unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full solicitation will be posted on FedBizopps (www.fbo.gov). Applicable NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $33.5M. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance: 220 calendar days after notice to proceed. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be considered for an award, Offer must be SDVOSB CVE certified and visible in VIP (VAAR804.1102) at the time of proposal submission and award, registered in the www.sam.gov and provide vets-100 (DOL) at http://www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/mail.htm). A bidder"s mailing list will not be maintained, interested bidders should register in the interested vendors section of this notice. Offeror must be able to provide Safety or Environmental Violations and Experience Modification Rate prior to award of a Construction Contract, must have at a minimum certification of not more than three (3) serious, or one (1) repeat or one (1) willful OSHA or EPA violation(s) in the past three years, and a current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) equal to or less than 1.0. Details on obtaining and submitting this information will be in the solicitation package.

There will be a pre-bid site investigation held for this project and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid site investigation will be located in the solicitation package.

This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFP solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. The Contracting Specialist will not be able to answer any questions pertaining to this notice until a RFP is issued. Questions resulting from the solicitation and pre-bid investigation will only be answered if received by Request for Information (RFI). It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor and download amendments from fedbizopps which may be issued to this solicitation.
The design build shall utilize the VA Master Specifications found at www.cfm.va.gov/til/spec.asp. Other codes and standards are current editions of NFPA, OSHA, NSF and IBC.

The scope of work for this project includes but not limited to Architectural design and engineering, all required demolition and installation of materials and equipment, including but not limited to the Catherization Lab Patient Recovery Area.

CALFRESH APPLICATION ASSISTANCE SERVICES

This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is a legal document and begins the process of identifying qualified non-profit community-based and faithbased organizations who are interested in collaborating with the County of Los Angeles in increasing the number of eligible families and individuals who participate in the CalFresh Program. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) administers the CalFresh Program. This RFSQ process seeks applications from churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and non-profit community-based organizations to enter into cooperative agreements with DPSS to provide CalFresh application assistance to families and individuals throughout the County.

Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for Orange Technical College – Winter Park Campus Replacement Project

Orange County Public Schools is planning to replace the current existing Orange Technical College, Winter Park Campus located at 901 W. Webster Ave., Winter Park, Florida 32789. The new campus will be located at the existing University 9th Grade Center Campus adjacent to University High School. Currently the permanent buildings related to the 9th Grade Center are existing and house a high school culinary program. Insurance and Risk

The Woodlands Township Request for Proposal (RFP) to Provide Insurance and Risk Management Services issued on June 5, 2013, has been withdrawn. It is being replaced with an RFP which includes a process to assign markets to qualified brokers/agencies.
